"Flowing Harbor, Global Keelung" is a themed exhibition curated by the Keelung Bureau of Culture and Tourism. With the core theme "Explore Keelung through Letters," the exhibition uses alphabetical symbols to connect various travel proposals and cultural stories, offering visitors a unique way to discover the city.

The exhibition features four main thematic zones, ranging from the city's 400-year harbor history and seasonal festivals to inspirations for quick urban getaways and 24-hour reading corners. Each area carefully presents the contemporary character of Keelung. A major highlight of the showcase is an interactive installation that allows visitors to receive a personalized Keelung travel itinerary instantly, inviting the public to explore the city's many different sides in person.

Throughout the exhibition, a series of engaging side events are also organized. By incorporating sight, sound, smell, and touch, these activities create an immersive experience that allows visitors to deeply connect with the essence of Keelung.
