Co-organized by the Leather & Hide Council of America (LHCA) and the Taiwanese International Leather Association (TILA), the international leather creative design competition entered its fifth year in 2024.

The Real Leather. Stay Different. International Design Competition, jointly organized by the Leather & Hide Council of America (LHCA) and the Taiwanese International Leather Association (TILA) , proudly enters its sixth year in 2025. Through active promotion via social media and campus outreach, the Taiwan regional competition has consistently showcased brilliant design talent. These impressive contributions have established the event as a highly respected and widely discussed fixture among student design competitions, earning significant acclaim from the LHCA for the high caliber of work produced over the years.

In 2024, the competition once again received enthusiastic participation from numerous design-related departments. A total of 229 creative entries were submitted, showcasing innovative leather designs across the categories of Fashion, Accessories, and Footwear.
