In order to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the founding of Commonwealth Educational Media and Publishing CO., LTD, this exhibition is specially themed on the library and features 15 groups of domestic and foreign children's book illustrators, along with five popular children's book characters. The aim is to create a fantasy world of imagination and creativity.

This exhibition is also the second year that Commonwealth Educational Media and Publishing CO., LTD has commissioned Taiwan Designers’ Web to co-curate the exhibition.
