The exhibition focuses on the old Chiayi Tobacco Factory, using historical documents, workers’ stories, and photography to recreate the factory's past production scenes and daily life. We regard this history as a precious cultural memory, interpreting the economic rhythms and social changes it reflects. From office records to the drying machinery, every remaining structure tells the story of the close relationship between the people and the industry.
At the same time, the exhibition utilizes multimedia installations and interactive design, allowing visitors to engage with history in more than just a visual way. Through these elements, the audience can personally immerse themselves in the stories of the factory, achieving an experience that is both sensory and emotionally engaging.
